The Al-Shadadiya site is positioned southwest of Kuwait City, boasting a convenient access to major roadways like 7th ring road and Sulaibiya road. It spans approximately 5 square kilometres and will host diverse industries including chemical, metal, wood, paper, garments, and food sectors. Additionally, it will feature amenities like a bus station, offices, retail spaces, petrol station, clinics, police and fire stations, as well as mosques. Utility facilities such as electricity substations, wastewater treatment plants, and telephone exchange will also be integrated into the site.
